Research Methodology

A structured framework for examining unusual topics responsibly, distinguishing documentation from testimony and possibility.

How Project A.C.E. Investigates

Every research file follows a structured approach designed to examine unusual topics responsibly.

Source Collection

Research may include:

  • Historical documents
  • Scientific publications
  • Government records
  • Witness testimony
  • Expert analysis
  • Primary sources when available

Classification Framework

Evidence Evaluation

Findings are organized into three distinct classifications:

01

Confirmed Evidence

Information supported by reliable documentation or repeatable observation.

02

Reported Information

Accounts or claims that exist but require further verification.

03

Speculation & Hypothesis

Ideas that are possible but not currently proven.

Protocol 04

Alternative Explanations

A.C.E. investigations consider conventional explanations before exploring extraordinary possibilities.

Protocol 05

Open Questions

Some investigations may not reach definitive conclusions. Remaining questions are documented rather than ignored.

Protocol 06 / Core Directive

The A.C.E. Standard

Our goal is not to prove or disprove every mystery.
